Pilates Reformer Class

Reformer classes offer participants a great overall workout emphasizing on strength and flexibility.
These classes are suitable for anyone from beginner
to more advanced students.

In this workout we will also explore the Pilates exo
chair and other small Pilates equipment.

 

Reformer classes can be booked for 2-3 persons or
for private classes.

Aerial Yoga Therapeutics

This fitness regime was invented by Christopher Harrison to increase overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty. This workout is a unique technique in relieving compressed joints and aligning the body from head to toe. The hammock acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you master simple inversion and finally progress into more advanced poses.

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking was originally a summer training regime for cross-country skiers in Scandinavia. It is a form of physical activity, where regular, natural walking is enhanced by the addition of the active use of a pair of specially designed Nordic Walking poles.
