Peter Hess® Sound Massage
Sound Massage is a treatment that involves the placement of Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls on and around the dressed body. The bowls vary in size, each producing a distinct sound and frequency range. Clients may experience the true power of Sound Massage, discovering an incredibly calming and holistic approach to relaxation.
By listening to the harmonious sounds of singing bowls and gongs during a sound massage, our thoughts may come to rest while our bodies absorb the subtle vibrations that gently loosen and free us from stored energy.

Through the Peter Hess® Academy Australia we offer Sound Massage Levels 1 - 4.

In a welcoming learning space, the sound massage itself is experienced, discussed and reflected on. The careful and safe handling of the clients is experienced and learned through examples. In your training you will learn step by step how to use the sound massage safely and specifically to relax and strengthen your health for yourself, family and clients.

Sound Bath
Sound baths are calm and tranquil sessions with soothing singing bowls & gong. These group sessions offer to nurture and balance the nervous system and bring inner calm.
